Thomas Meilleur’s residency took place at his home of Ty Brethyn in rural Llangollen, North Wales, where the public were invited to visit him. The artist installed a new work entitled ‘a dream without a dreamer’, which explores notions of form vs formlessness, relating partly to the idea of dark matter. The work is constructed from paper and features a visual representation of white noise, which is a recurrent theme for the artist.

After the first week Thomas moved WanderBox and his exhibition down into Llangollen town, to Cafe&Books, where he could meet with passers by and have discussions about the work.

Local videographer Emmi Manteau produced a short film about Thomas Meilleur’s residency.
